Development of Recommendations for Improving the Interaction Efficiency Between the Components of the «Sender-Carrier-Recipient» System

Purpose. The study is aimed at developing recommendations for improving the efficiency of relevant units «sender-carrier-recipient» system correcting their work on railway safety management during transportation dangerous goods and/or an emergency situation. Methodology. On basis graphic, analytical tools and with help probability theory, assessment situation occurrence was analyzed. Findings. combined Ishikawa diagram key event tree risk map event, analysis carried out.
